The barrel has 3 separate parts and comes complete with 8 needles which are 19 gauge - 1.1 mm, but the holes will shrink back slightly after punching.
Other size needles will be available as a separate listing if needed.
To use this puncher, you simple load a sling pot complete with the lid, loading it into the barrel lid upwards.
press the barrel down onto the pot, and the plunger will pop up.
Once the plunger has popped up, press the plunger down, and hey presto, the sling pot will pop out, ready to use.
We have been using a prototype for almost a year, proven and tested, without any issues, and just a new set of needles once, due to very heavy use.
Its become a revolation, and a very important tool for us, punching out sling pots in next to no time.

( Please note, sometimes the although the holes are puched it can leave behind a burr, but the hole is there. If  you prefer to remove any burrs, they can be simple scratched off with your thumbnail. )
