This is a gorgeous Syngonium Raylii Live plug plant.
It is a trailing climbing plant, with beautiful leaves strong enough for Jumpers to climb on.
Once established  its quite fast growing and will need to be cut back and trained. 
So long as the cuttings have a root section, they can be grown on to produce another plant.
Please note this is a plug plant, so theres no soil or pot.
Simply plant straight into your enclosure, ideally at the back.
