This is a young sub/adult Phidippus ardens male.
He left the nest 1/25
He is 10-12 mm 
He is feeding very well on green and blue bottle flies.
Ardens are a chunky species, and are easy to care for.
ardens prefer a slightly dryer environment than Phidippus regius locales. 
They are a very social and friendly species.
And by far one of the most chilled and laid back of Jumping spiders, however they love to explore.
