This is a Tiger Aloe -  (Aloe Variegata) Live potted plant, in a 7cm pot.
It is am ideal live plant for arid/dryer set ups, ad it prefers to dry out in between watering.
It is best to water around the base, and avoid watering the crown.
It reproduces by producing 'Pups' around the base of the mother plants, which can be carefully removed and potted in separate pots, once they establish good roots of their own.
