hotmail.co.uk email problems

• We have been having problems with hotmail customers not receiving messages or order details. Wix have told us the following.

  
  

• If using Outlook/Office 365, emails sent from Wix domains may be quarantined; recipients need to check their quarantine folder or contact Microsoft support.

• For troubleshooting delivery delays, note that Hotmail may process emails in small batches and it can take up to 24 hours for delivery.

We’re writing to let you know about an issue that affected some of the order shipping confirmation emails sent from your Wix store between February 5 and February 20. The issue affected the following site(s):

During this time, the link in those emails that directs buyers to view or track their order did not function properly.

This issue was limited to the link inside the shipping confirmation email. Your orders, payments and order details in your Wix dashboard were not affected.

What’s the current status?

Emails sent between February 5 and February 20 contain a non-functioning order status link.

•

Emails sent after February 20 are not affected and include a working link.

What should you do? •

Avoid directing buyers to use the link in shipping confirmation emails sent between February 5 and February 20.

•

If needed, you can resend the shipping confirmation email manually so that buyers receive an email with a working link.

We’re monitoring this closely to make sure everything continues to work as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
