Postage Costs

I am afraid that Royal mail are constantly raising their charges, which is out of our control. We try to be fair and always refund any postage not used. They have also lost parcels that were sent 24hr Tracked and refuse to refund us without proof of cost of the lost goods. How can you put a cost price on a Spider or other livestock we have bred. Plus the Enclosures we have spent time on to make them adding cost to the purchase price of materials. We are only sending NDD from now on with all items. Because people keep choosing 24hr Tracked for Spiders, even though it stated no livestock on the option. Thanks Paul.
